                        Drivers questioned and released.

    October 3, 2009, 4:45 p.m.        Dispatched to 7 W. Pennsylvania Ave for a domestic dispute.
                        Parties advised to separate for the evening.

    October 8, 2009, 2:10 p.m.        Disorderly subject reported in the area of N. Main and Mill St.
                        Subject located, questioned and released.

    October 9, 2009, 2:06 p.m.        Abandoned bicycle located in the area of Charles and High St.


    October 9, 2009, 12:25 p.m.        Dispatched to Kennard Dale High School for a fight between two juvenile females. 

    October 9, 2009, 6:19 p.m.        Dispatched to 11155 Oak Ridge Ave. for a reported  theft by deception.  Complainant made payment for work never done. Charges filed against paving company.

    October 10, 2009, 12:10 a.m.        Dispatched to a loud music complaint at 2 C S. Main St. Upon arrival no music was heard.

    October 10, 2009, 12:25 a.m.        Dispatched to 2 S. Main St., Apt 4 for a noise complaint.
                        Tenant charged with disorderly conduct. Second dispatched call to apartment.

    October 10, 2009, 5:11 p.m.        Assisted ambulance at 4 E. Pennsylvania Ave.

    October 10, 2009, 5:12 p.m.        Dispatched to the area of Highland Manor for a report of two suspicious persons walking around.  Area checked with negative results.

    October 11, 2009, 12:08 a.m.        Dispatched to 20 Highland Manor Dr. for a 911 hang up.  Five year old found playing with phone.

    October 11, 2009, 2:39 p.m.        Assisted ambulance at Kennard Dale High School.

    October 11, 2009, 3:07 p.m.        Dispatched to 33 W. Pennsylvania Ave for a report of a burglary. Complainant reported sometime over the past week or so someone stole four rims and tires out of his shed.

     

    October 12, 2009, 10:29 a.m.        Dispatched to 18 N. Main St. for an alarm.  Area checked and found secure. 

    October 12, 2009, 10:12 a.m.        Dispatched to 4 S. Main St. Apt. C for a disorderly subject.
                        Harassment and disorderly conduct citations issued to offender

    October 13, 2009, 3:27 p.m.        Walk-in reported his I-pod had been stolen.  Suspect information was obtained. Officer recovered stolen I-pod from 16 College Ave. and item returned to owner.

    October 13, 2009, 4:41 p.m.        Dispatched to 18 N. Main St. for an alarm accidentally activated.

    October 14, 2009, 12:02 a.m.        Emergency PFA served at 4483 Apple St.

    October 14, 2009, 6:13 p.m.        Criminal mischief report taken at 3 Charles Ave. Investigation started.

    October 14, 2009, 7:35 p.m.        Theft report taken at 4 Ballast Ln.  Investigation started.

    October 16, 2009, 4:27 p.m.        Unauthorized use of vehicle report taken at 17 Highland Manor Dr.  Actor returned with vehicle at which time was arrested on active warrants and a suspended driver’s license.  Constable notified.

    October 16, 2009, 11:15 p.m.        Terroristic threats report taken at 68 Poplar Springs Blvd.  Charges filed.

    October 16, 2009, 7:45 p.m.        Assisted Southern Regional Police Dept. with a robbery at 435 S. Main St.       

    October 17, 2009, 3:01 p.m.        Dispatched for an alarm at Winterstown Fire hall which was found to be accidental. 

    October 19, 2009, 9:15 a.m.        Complainant reported sometime overnight subject(s) keyed her car while parked in the area of 53 High St. or 7 W. Pennsylvania Ave.

    October 20, 2009, 6:57 p.m.        Dispatched to the area of S. Main St. for a reported erratic driver. Upon arrival vehicle was gone.       

    October 21, 2009, 7:33 p.m.        Unauthorized Use of vehicle report taken at 18 Church St.

    October 24, 2009, 11:10 a.m.        Assisted Southern Regional Police Dept.  with a traffic stop in the area of Covington Dr. and Old Farm Ln.

    October 24, 2009, 12:51 p.m.        Assisted ambulance at 7 Aspen Ct.

    October 25, 2009, 2:08 p.m.        Traffic stop in the area of 5699 Swamp Rd resulted in warrant service.  Constable notified.

    October 25, 2009, 1:21a.m.        Welfare check requested at 8 Ballast Ln.

    October 25, 2009, 8:09 p.m.        Dispatched to the area of Cemetary Ave for a suspicious vehicle. Area searched - vehicle gone on arrival.

    October 26, 2009, 12:30 a.m.        Assisted ambulance at 22 Highland Manor Dr.

    October 26, 2009, 12:49 p.m.        Cleaning company advised ex-employee at 25 Free St. would not return keys as requested.  Officer retrieved keys and returned to company without incident.

    October 26, 2009, 3:25 p.m.        Traffic stop in the area of College Ave and Heather Dr. resulted in numerous citations and arrest.

    October 27, 2009, 9:04 a.m.        Theft from a motor vehicle reported at 13284 Crossroads.  Report taken. 

    October 27, 2009, 3:13 p.m.        Suspicious vehicle/person reported seen parked in the area of Heather Dr and E. Pennsylvania Ave.  Officer questioned driver and information obtained. Subject left area..

    October 28, 2009, 7:10 a.m.        Repo information received in the area of Church Rd.

    October 28, 2009, 7:19 p.m.        Domestic situation at 7248 Century Farms Rd. Parties separated for the evening.

    October 28, 2009, 9:55 p.m.        Assisted ambulance at 21 N. Main St.

    October 28, 2009, 12:18 a.m.        Domestic situation at 4301 Sycamore Ln.

    October 29, 2009, 5:44 p.m.        Dispatched to 18 N. Main St. for an activated alarm.  Building was found secure.

    October 31, 2009, 7:00 p.m.        Complainant reported their two gallon gas can disappeared from their unlocked shed at 84 Cemetary Ave.
