                    Parties separated.

    September 2, 2009, 7:42 p.m.    Assisted ambulance at 12568 Winterstown Rd. 

    September 2, 2009, 10:48 p.m.    Traffic stop which resulted in a DUI arrest in the area of Hill St. and Bronson Ave.  Subject transported to Central Booking.

    September 3, 2009, 11:30 a.m.     Complainant reported a piece of mail was found in bushes at 68 Poplar Springs Blvd.

    September 3, 2009, 9:00 a.m.    Complainant (late) reported at 3:00 a.m. unknown subject(s) shot at his vehicle with some kind of BB gun in the area of Lee St. and Rt. 851.  Victim was advised to call PA State Police since offense occurred in their jurisdiction.

    September 3, 2009, 8:18 a.m.    Complainant (late) reported between 3:00 a.m. - 3:45 a.m. the rear window to her vehicle was broken with a rock in the area of Hill St.

    September 3, 2009, 9:23 a.m    Complainant reported sometime overnight subject(s) broke two outside lights in the area of 18 C W. Pennsylvania Ave.

    September 3, 2009, 11:38 a.m.     Complainant reported someone was knocking on the doors and walls outside of a trailer located at 6485 Church Rd.  around 1:00 a.m.

    September 4, 2009, 2:35 p.m.    Assisted ambulance at 13963 Crossroads Ave.

    September 4, 2009, 4:49 p.m.    Erratic driver reported in the area of Hill and Lee St. Area checked

    September 4, 2009, 9:49 p.m.    911 hang up at 56 High St.  Area checked and found secure.

    September 5, 2009, 1:00 a.m.    Curfew violations in the area of Hill St and Lee St.  Citations issued.

    September 5, 2009, 2:25 a.m.    Underage drinking party discovered at 59 Poplar Springs Blvd.  Citations issued.

    September 5, 2009, 12:30 p.m.    Complainant reported her vehicle’s tire was intentionally punctured
                    in the area of 2 S. Main St.

    September 7, 2009, 12:37 a.m.    Traffic stop in the area of Charles St. and N. Main St. led to warrant service.  Constable notified.


    September 7, 2009, 10:45 a.m.    Animal complaint received in the area of 14252 Crossroads Ave. 
                    Collie bit victim while riding a bike.

    September 8, 2009, 1:18 p.m.    Harassment report taken at 12 Locust St.

    September 8, 2009, 10:31 p.m.    Staggering male seen in the area of 2 N. Main St. Subject had outstanding warrants. Subject cited for public drunkenness. Constable responded and transported subject to York County Prison.

    September 9, 2009, 3:28 p.m.    911 hang up at Delta Elementary.  Subject dialed accidentally.

    September 9, 2009, 7:34 p.m.    Assisted fire dept. in the area of W. Pennsylvania and Hill St.

    September 9, 2009, 8:52 p.m.    Dispatched to 50 N. Main St. for an activated alarm.  Alarm was canceled with proper code.

    September 11, 2009, 3:24 p.m.    Dispatched to 64 Poplar Springs Blvd. for a reported PFA violation.

    September 11, 2009, 2:00 p.m.    Dispatched to 72 N. Main St. for a report of suspicious capsules lying near the building. 

    September 12, 2009, 1:23 a.m.    Assisted ambulance at 804 Crestview Ln.

    September 12, 2009, 8:02 p.m.    Dispatched to the area of Charles Ave. and N. Main St. for shots being heard.  Upon arrival complainant stated it was probably fireworks. Area searched with negative results.

    September 13, 2009, 2:35 a.m.    Dispatched to 12 Locust St. for a criminal trespass report.  Complainant reported ex-boyfriend entered into home without authorization.  Charges filed.

    September 16, 2009, 10:40 a.m.        Complainant reported sometime overnight subject(s) caused damage to the rear tail lamp of their vehicle while parked in the area of 53 College Ave.

    September 16, 2009, 12:21 p.m.    Dispatched to SEMS-East for three males involved in a fight.
                        Parents notified.  Charges pending investigation.

    September 17, 2009, 11:44 a.m.        Dispatched to 12 Broadway for reported theft of a Yamaha Dirtbike. 

    September 17, 2009, 3:09 p.m.        Two vehicle collision in the area of N. Hill St. and Mill St.

    September 17, 2009, 10:08 p.m.    Suspicious vehicle reported in the area of 19 W. Pennsylvania Ave.  Officer questioned operator of vehicle and released.

    September 18, 2009, 2:41 p.m.        Harassment by communication report taken at 4 S. Main St.

    September 18, 2009, 7:21 p.m        Dispatched to 11205 Winterstown Rd. for a reported forced open door at a foreclosed home.  Investigation started.

    September 18, 2009, 7:37 p.m.        Animal complaint received concerning a German Shepard at
                        34 Poplar Springs Blvd.  Owner warned

    September 23, 2009, 6:43 p.m.        Erratic Driver reported in the area of Hall St. and N. Main St.
                        Area checked with negative results.

    September 24, 2009, 11:22 a.m.        Assisted ambulance at 5 N. Main St., Apt A.

    September 24, 2009, 4:05 p.m.        Harassment by verbal abuse report taken from a walk-in at the station.  Investigation started.

    September 25, 2009, 12:09 a.m.        Suspicious vehicle observed in the area of N. Main St. and Mill St. Occupants questioned and released.

    September 25, 2009, 10:30 p.m.    Vehicle stop in the area of Crossroads Ave. and the Power station resulted in active outstanding warrants. Subject arrested and taken to Central Booking.

    September 26, 2009, 2:25 p.m.        Assisted ambulance at 6272 Century Farms Rd.

    September 27, 2009, 6:09 p.m.        Assisted PA State Police with an overturned vehicle in the area of Swamp Rd and Park View Dr.

    September 29, 2009, 10:16 a.m.        Assist PA State Police with an accident in the area of Pleasant Valley Rd. and Webb Rd.   

    September 29, 2009, 10:39 a.m.        Dispatched to 47 N. Main St. for a domestic situation. Parties warned.

    September 29, 2009, 6:51 p.m.        Juveniles warned about trespassing in the area of Messina’s Plaza.

    September 29, 2009, 6:51 p.m.        Dispatched to 13 Mill St. for an alarm at 13 Mill St.  Building searched.  Door was left not secured.  Contact person notified.
