    July 1, 2009, 11:11 p.m.    Suspicious vehicles seen in the area of 5 N. Main St. Subjects were questioned and  warned then left the scene.

    July 2, 2009, 12:02 a.m.    Two female juveniles were observed in the area of 3 Charles Ave. Curfew citations issued and responsible parties for juveniles contacted and transported home.

    July 2, 2009, 12:36 a.m.    Assisted ambulance at 4525 Hake Ln.

    July 2, 2009, 6:09 p.m.        Disorderly subjects warned about the use of fireworks in the area of 15 Camelot Ct.

    July 3, 2009, 9:12 p.m.        Assisted ambulance at 82 N. Main St.

    July 4, 2009, 1:06 a.m.        Erratic driver on a four wheeler reported in the area of Crossroads Ave.  Area searched.

    July 4, 2009, 11:54 a.m.    Assisted fire department at 5 Redspire Ln.

    July 4, 2009, 6:08 p.m.        Assisted ambulance at 82 N. Main St.

    July 4, 2009, 6:04 p.m.        Disorderly subject at 25 N. Main St. (Front lot) .  Citation issued.

    July 4, 2009, 11:28 p.m.    DUI stop in the area of College Ave. and N. Sycamore Ln.  Subject arrested.  Passenger had commitment warrants and taken to Central Booking.

    July 5, 2009, 7:35 p.m.        Burglary report taken at 12562 Winterstown Rd. with a possible known suspect.

    July 6, 2009, 4:26 p.m.        Found bicycle at 7210 Century Farms Rd. 

    July 9, 2009, 1:46 p.m.        Vehicle struck a parked vehicle in the area of 106 Shawnee Dr.

    July 9, 2009, 3:12 p.m.        Dispatched to 6 Highland Manor Dr. for a vandalism report.  Complainant advised that subject(s) scratched her vehicle and burned her wash line sometime overnight.

    July 10, 2009, 11:23 a.m.    ATV riders cited for riding on the roadway in the area of Cherry St. and Mt. Olivet Rd.

    July 10, 2009, 12:55 a.m.    Disorderly subjects cited in the area of 10 N. Main St. for making unreasonable noise.

    July 10, 2009,12:56 p.m.    Assist ambulance at 250 Baily Dr.

    July 10, 2009, 2:58 p.m.    Assisted York Area Regional P.D. with locating a vehicle, in the area of 13068 Winterstown Rd., which was involved in a gas drive-off . Vehicle located.

    July 10, 2009, 11:45 a.m.    Complaint received concerning  a refrigerator left in front of 26 Church St. with doors still attached. Officer contacted resident and advised of laws concerning refrigerator disposal. Doors were removed.

    July 11, 2009, 10:15 a.m.    Assist ambulance at 53 College Ave.

    July 11, 2009, 5:35 p.m.    Found bicycle reported at 45 High St. 

    July 11, 2009, 7:05 p.m.    Vehicle towed in the area of S. Main St. and Pennsylvania Ave. for multiple violations.

    July 11, 2009, 7:50 p.m.    Disorderly conduct citation issued to subject in the area of 12800 Winterstown Rd. for yelling profanities.

    July 12, 2009, 5:58 p.m.    Accidental 911 hang up at 23 W. Pennsylvania Ave.  Residence checked.

    July 13, 2009, 7:00 p.m.    Non-reportable accident at 16 College Ave.  Information exchanged between parties.

    July 14, 2009, 12:10 p.m.    Found set of keys turned into police department for safekeeping until owner is located.

    July 14, 2009, 2:32 p.m.    Dispatched to an alarm at 37 Kennard Dale Ave.  Complete check of all windows and doors and found secure.

    July 14, 2009, 2:35 p.m.    Dispatched to 28 W. Pennsylvania Ave for a verbal domestic situation. 

    July 15, 2009, 7:09 p.m.    Harassment by communication report taken at 11 Highland Manor.  Charges pending.

    July 15, 2009, 8:18 p.m.    Dispatched to 22 E. Pennsylvania Ave. for reported illegal dumping. 

    July 15, 2009, 10:39 p.m.    911 Hang up a 68 Poplar Springs Blvd. as a result of a verbal domestic dispute.  All parties were questioned and warned.

    July 16, 2009, 2:26 p.m.    False alarm at 37 Kennard Dale Ave.  Area checked and found secure.

    July 17, 2009, 1:49 a.m.    Warrant service in the area of S. Main St. and Church St.

    July 18, 2009, 6:34 P.M.    Disorderly subject at 63 N. Main St. Subject arrested and charged with Public Intoxication, Resisting arrest and Possession of Small Amt. of Marijuana.

    July 18, 2009, 9:56 p.m.    Dispatched to the area of S. Main St. and Church St. for reported fireworks being used.  Upon arrival no fireworks seen or heard.
                    Area searched.

    July 18, 2009, 10:30 p.m.    Subject was cited for public intoxication at the fair grounds on College Ave.

    July 19, 2009, 1:20 a.m.    DUI arrest in the area of 37 N. Main St.

    July 19, 2009, 1:14 p.m.    Dispatched to 47 N. Main St. for a domestic situation. 

    July 19, 2009, 3:15 p.m.    Dispatched to 98 S. Kennard Dale Ave for a domestic situation. 

    July 20, 2009, 11:44 a.m.    Assisted ambulance at 207 Crestview Ln.

    July 21, 2009, 5:45 p.m.    Identity theft report taken at 12 N. Sycamore Ln.

    July 21, 2009, 7:06 p.m.    Dispatched to 15 E. Pennsylvania Ave for an activated alarm. Area and residence checked and found secure.

    July 21, 2009, 7:48 p.m.    Assisted ambulance at 16 College Ave. 

    July 21, 2009, 8:32 p.m.    DUI arrest in the area of Charles Ave. and High St.  Subject taken to Central Booking.

    July 23, 2009, 1:45 p.m.    Dispatched to the area of 13 W. Pennsylvania Ave. for reported flooded roadway conditions. 

    July 23, 2009, 3:58 p.m.    Dispatched to 13681 Curran Dr. for a reported domestic which occurred at 5995 Holly Tree Ct.  Parties separated and criminal mischief charges filed.

    July 25, 2009, 10:11 p.m.    Terroristic threats made to complainant in the area of 21 N. Main St.
                    Subject found and taken to central booking.  Charges filed.

    July 25, 2009, 11:53 p.m.    Dispatched to 11996 Mt. Olivet Rd. for a report of criminal mischief. 
                    Upon arrival complainant reported someone had been ringing their doorbell multiple times.  Area checked and no one found in the area.

    July 26, 2009, 10:09 a.m.    Animal complaint in the area of 13231 Crossroads Ave.  Complainant reported finding a mini beagle.  State animal officer was notified.

    July 26, 2009, 3:56 p.m.    Dispatched to 62 N. Main St for a gas drive-off.  Offender returned and paid for gas received.

    July 27, 2009, 3:51 p.m.    Dispatched to 12702 Winterstown Rd. for a theft of property from a vehicle.  Report taken.

    July 28, 2009, 12:58 p.m.    Theft of leased property taken from 63 N. Main St.  Investigation started.

    July 28, 2009, 4:56 p.m.    Assisted PA State Police at 17564 Kurtz School Rd. for a reported assault .  Scene was secured until PSP arrived.

    July 28, 2009, 8:12 p.m.    Suspicious activity observed in the area of 63 N. Main St.  Subjects questioned and one had an outstanding arrest warrant for retail theft. Constable notified. 
    July 28, 2009, 8:34 p.m.    Assisted fire department at 53 High St.

    July 29, 2009, 11:05 a.m.    Harassment by communications report taken at 13161 Crossroads Ave.

    July 29, 2009, 12:00 p.m.    Pit bull found  at 37 Kennard Dale Ave. Dog officer advised.

    July 29, 2009, 4:06 p.m.    Complainant reported approx. 0230 hrs subject(s) threw unopened beer cans on the property of 25 College Ave.

    July 29, 2009, 4:54 p.m.    Warrant service performed at Mill St. and Free St.  Constable notified.

    July 29, 2009, 7:37 p.m.    Dispatched to 2 Ballast Ln. for an activated alarm.  Area was searched and found secure. Contact person advised and responded to reset alarm.

    July 30, 2009, 4:54 p.m.    Dispatched to SEMS W for reported dirt bikes riding on property.  Area searched with negative results.

    July 31, 2009, 11:59 p.m.    Traffic stop resulted in a DUI arrest in the area of Hill St. and Lee St.
                    Subject transported to Central Booking.
