    June 1, 2009, 10:40 p.m.    Dispatched to 43 High St. for an animal complaint.

    June 2, 2009, 10:50 a.m.    Two male juveniles cited for tobacco violation at Kennard High School.

    June 2, 2009, 12:54 p.m.    Complainant reported items were taken from two vehicles at 12332 Mt. Olivet Rd. 

    June 2, 2009, 1:08 p.m.        Theft of an I-Pod report at SEMS-E. Investigation started.

    June 2, 2009, 6:13 p.m.        Suspicious person seen and questioned at 16 College Ave.

    June 2, 2009, 8:36 p.m.        Assisted fire department at 63 N. Main St.

    June 3, 2009, 5:24 p.m.        Hit and run vehicle accident reported in the area of 20 N. Main St.

    June 3, 2009, 7:07 p.m.        Complainant reported at 5200 Swamp Rd. that sometime in the past week someone broke a lock on a trailer located on his property.

    June 3, 2009, 7:08 p.m.        Assisted ambulance at Stewartstown Elementary.

    June 4, 2009, 11:28 p.m.    Theft of items from an unsecured vehicle in the area of 53 High St.

    June 4, 2009, 8:14 p.m.        Assist ambulance at 46 S. Main St.   

    June 5, 2009, 9:35 a.m.        A fight between 2 - 3 male juveniles was reported from SEM-East
                    Harassment citations filed.

    June 5, 2009, 4:09 p.m.        Hazardous roadway conditions reported by complainant in the area of
                    46 Church St.  Upon arrival no hazard was observed.       

    June 7, 2009, 2:00 p.m.        Kennard Dale High School employees reported institutional vandalism.  Investigation started.

    June 8, 2009, 11:41 a.m.    Student cited for a tobacco violation at Kennard Dale High School

    June 8, 2009, 2:04 p.m.        Dispatched to Saubels, at 8 Ballast Lane for a Retail Theft incident. Charges filed against Kevin Carter.

    June 8, 2009, 3:42 p.m        Assisted Pa State Police at the VFW on N. Main St.  for an alarm sounding.  Upon arrival Manager stated everything was secure.

    June 8, 2009, 8:46 p.m.        Possible intoxicated driver reported in the area of N. Main St. and E. Pennsylvania Ave.  Unable locate the vehicle in questions. Area checked.

    June 8, 2009, 8:59 p.m.        Harassment by communication report taken at 4 S. Main St.

    June 8, 2009, 9:10 a.m.        Complainant reported a credit card was used at 63 N. Main St without owner’s authorization.  Charges filed against subject.

    June 10, 2009, 6:30 p.m.    Dispatched to 13 Mill St. for a burglar alarm sounding.  Area checked and found secure. 

    June 11, 2009, 10:58 p.m.    Erratic driver report in the area of S. Main St and College Ave.
                    Driver located, questioned and warned.

    June 11, 2009, 5:51 p.m.    Theft of a cell phone at SEMS-West reported .  Investigation started.

    June 12, 2009, 10:37 a.m.    Dispatched to Saubel’s Mkt. for a Retail Theft. Investigation started.

    June 12, 2009, 1:05 p.m.    Vehicle collision at S. Main St. and Camelot Ct.

    June 12, 2009, 9:17 p.m.    Juveniles were reportedly throwing rocks  at the Met-Ed power station in Crossroads Borough.  Area searched and no damage was observed and juveniles were gone on arrival. 

    June 12, 2009, 9:36 p.m.    Vehicle collision in the area of 7210 Century Farms Rd.

    June 13, 2009, 1:33 a.m.    DUI arrest in the area of Winterstown Rd. and Hake Ln.  Subject taken to York Hospital and Central Booking.

    June 13, 2009, 1:32 p.m.    Complainant reported red four wheelers racing on the street in the area of Poplar Springs and N. Sycamore.  Upon arrival no four wheelers were observed.  Neighbors interviewed with negative results.  Area patrolled.

    June 13, 2009, 5:15 p.m.    Pedestrian not yielding the right of way causing vehicles to suddenly brake was issued a citation in the area of N. Main St. and Ballast Ln.

    June 13, 2009, 8:10 p.m.    Assisted ambulance at 20 S. Main St.

    June 13, 2009, 10:11 p.m.    Assisted PSP with an active alarm at the VFW on N. Main St.  Upon arrival manager stated the storm caused the alarm to activate.

    June 14, 2009, 1:02 a.m.    Dispatched to a domestic situation at 69 S. Main St. 

    June 14, 2009, 8:07 p.m.    Missing/runaway juvenile reported in the area of 53 High St.  Juvenile later found and returned to parent.

    June 14, 2009, 9:50 p.m.    Complainant reported a lock latch had been cut off of his shed at 11277 Oak Ridge Ave. 

    June 14, 2009, 10:18 p.m.    Dispatched to Hake Ln. and Winterstown Rd for an unknown problem reported from OnStar.  Area searched and unable to locate the vehicle.
                    OnStar later reported button was accidentally activated by driver.

    June 15, 2009, 12:53 p.m.    Dispatched to 9 S. Sycamore Ln. for a theft from a motor vehicle.  Sometime overnight subject(s) vandalized and took items from an unlocked vehicle.

    June 15, 2009, 4:00 p.m.    Dispatched to the area of 6192 Century Farms Rd. for a reported child struck by a vehicle.  Investigation started.

    June 16, 2009, 9:25 p.m.    Officer observed four juveniles trespassing at the Hopewell Rec. Center on College Ave.   Citations filed and parents contacted.

    June 17, 2009, 9:24 a.m.    Dispatched to 98 S. Kennard Dale Ave. for a theft from an unlocked vehicle report. 

    June 18, 2009, 12:48 a.m.    Dispatched to 7256 Church Rd. for a suspicious circumstance.  Complainant’s vehicle was missing from his driveway and possibly repossessed. 

    June 18, 2009, 5:04 p.m.    Assisted with a disabled vehicle in the area of 12458 Mt. Olivet Rd.

    June 18, 2009, 10:45 p.m.    Disorderly subjects reported in the area of 2 Chantilear Ct. 
                    Complainant reported subject(s) ringing doorbells and running away.
                    Area searched with negative results.

    June 19, 2009, 12:05 a.m.    Dispatched to a domestic situation at 3 N. Main St. Apt. C. 

    June 19, 2009, 3:07 p.m.    Theft from a motor vehicle overnight reported at 47 Mill St.

    June 19, 2009, 4:15 p.m.    Dispatched to Stewartstown Elementary for an active alarm.  Upon arrival alarm was accidentally set off by employee.

    June 19, 2009, 10:33 p.m.    Assisted Southern Regional Police Department with disorderly subjects reported.

    June 20, 2009, 6:02 p.m.    Complainant reported threats being made in the area of Camelot Ct.  Subject located and warned.

    June 20, 2009, 7:05 p.m.    Dispatched to 20 Bronson Ave. for a burglary/trespassing report.  Suspect found and charged.

    June 20, 2009, 8:40 p.m.    Dispatched to 16 College Ave. for reported disorderly subjects.  Parties warned and left the scene.

    June 20, 2009, 10:41 p.m.    Animal complaint reported in the area of Crossroads Ave. 

    June 20, 2009, 11:10 p.m.    Dispatched to the area of Highland Manor Dr. for a report of four subjects loitering.  Subjects were gone upon arrival.  Area searched.

    June 20, 2009, 11:25 p.m.    Dispatched to 29 Mill St. for a noise complaint.  Warning issued to homeowner.

    June 20, 2009, 12:50 a.m.    Curfew violation observed in the area of N. Main St. and Memory Ln.
                    Parents contacted and citations issued.

    June 21, 2009, 12:21 a.m.    Dispatched to the area of Swamp Rd. for a barking dog complaint. 

    June 21, 2009, 1:11 a.m.    Due to recent reported thefts from vehicles, homeowner was advised to close garage door at 17 Chantilear Ct. during patrol. Homeowner complied.

    June 21, 2009, 2:00 a.m.    Found walkie talkie found in the area of Hill St. and Bronson Ave. During patrol.

    June 21, 2009, 2:18 p.m.    Assisted ambulance at 51 S. Main St.

    June 21, 2009, 7:51 p.m.    Dispatched to 13587 Curran Dr. for reported gun shots fired.  Upon arrival, homeowner advised not to shoot his pistol since he was in a “safety zone” and will be charged accordingly in the future if another complaint was received.

    June 21, 2009, 2:31 p.m.    Harassment report taken in the area of N. Main St. Charges filed

    June 22, 2009, 11:10 a.m.    Assisted Constable with an eviction at 2 S. Main St.

    June 22, 2009, 11;41 a.m.    Services provided to Gordon’s Towing concerning abandoned vehicles.

    June 22, 2009, 8:51 p.m.    Assisted PA. State Police with contact information at 202 Camelback Ct.

    June 22, 2009, 8:04 p.m.    Dispatched to 17 Highland Manor Dr. for reported subjects banging on complainant’s door.  Complainant described subjects as four white males approx. age of 15.  Area searched and unable to locate.

    June 22, 2009, 11:44 p.m.    Complainant reported seeing someone with a flashlight in the back yard of 21 Highland Manor Dr. 

    June 23, 2009, 11:14 p.m.    Assisted Southern Regional Police Dept. with a traffic stop in the area of E. Forrest Ave and Mt. Airy Rd.

    June 24, 2009, 5:45 p.m.    Assisted ambulance at 4525 Hake Ln.

    June 25, 2009, 12:54 a.m.    Noise complaint received in the area of 32 Mill St.  Upon arrival disturbance had ceased.

    June 25, 2009, 10:12 a.m.    Accidental 911 hang up at 20 Bailey Dr.

    June 25, 2009, 3:04 p.m.    Identity theft report taken at 5 Ovelton. Ave.

    June 25, 2009, 3:12 p.m.    Warrant and detainer served on Kyle Chapman in the area of N. Main St. and Ovelton Ave. Subject transported to York Co. Prison.

    June 25, 2009, 7:06 p.m.    Assisted ambulance at 14 Fulton Ave.

    June 25, 2009, 6:47 p.m.    Responded to the Community Fairgrounds for a juvenile riding a motorized bike. Parent of juvenile warned.

    June 26, 2009, 2:46 p.m.    Dispatched to 13998 Crossroads Ave for a reported burglary. Complainant reported the doors to residence were locked but one was opened when he returned. Nothing seemed to be missing. No forcible entry observed.

    June 26, 2009, 4:17 p.m.    Harassment report taken at 7 W. Pennsylvania Ave. Warning issued to accused party.

    June 26, 2009, 6:21 p.m.    Dispatched to 53 High St. for a reported harassment.  Parties warned.

    June 26, 2009, 7:34 p.m.    Dispatched to 11 W. Pennsylvania Ave for a runaway juvenile.  Officers found the juvenile and returned to parent.

    June 26, 2009, 9:09 p.m.    Warrant service performed at 17964 Ridge Meadow Rd. Subject transported to Central Booking.

    June 27, 2009, 3:34 p.m.    Abandoned vehicle in the area of 3 N. Sycamore Ln. Owner contacted.

    June 27, 2009, 8:42 p.m.    Dispatched to 4 Ballast Ln. for an alarm.  Business and area searched and found secure.

    June 27, 2009, 8:32 p.m.    Multiple citations issued to defendant for operating an unregistered motorcycle, no insurance, license etc.,  on the roadway in the area of Winterstown Rd. and Swamp Rd. 

    June 27, 2009, 10:02 p.m.    Five suspects issued citations for trespassing at 16 College Ave.

    June 27, 2009, 11:38 p.m.    Welfare check performed at 31 N. Main St.

    June 28, 2009, 7:16 p.m.    Dispatched to the alley behind 36 Mill St. for a reported erratic driver.  Vehicle was described as being a black Honda.  Area checked. Vehicle was gone on arrival.

    June 28, 2009, 3:09 p.m.    Assisted Pa State Police with a male wanted in regards to a possible stolen vehicle from Stewartstown Station.  Male was found in the area of N. Main St. and Ballast Ln.  Officer filed two citations including driving while DUI suspended and possessing a license during an active suspension.  Male was then released to PSP and vehicle towed.

    June 28, 2009, 10:15 p.m.    Assisted PSP with an ambulance call at 202 Camelback Ct.

    June 29, 2009, 1:36 p.m.    Assisted ambulance at 12818 Winterstown Rd.

    June 29, 2009, 4:26 p.m.    Dispatched to 2 Ballast Ln for a suspicious person seen taking photos.
                    Information obtained and report taken. 

    June 29, 2009, 11:15 p.m.    Dispatched to the area of 19 S. Main St. for a group of reported juveniles trespassing.  Juveniles seen running towards the fairgrounds.  Area searched with negative results.
